Day 5 (08/04/10)Had training with Mr C on different themes and cold-calling techniques. Lunch was Fried Prawn Mee noodles but it was sucky. =(Dinner was at some UBI "zi char' stall. Good!!!Day 6(09/04/10)Started cold-calling today!!! Lunch was "Yong Tau Foo" at a different canteen but I found a hair inside the bowl when I was finishing the bowl of noodles. Gosh! We were supposed to attend a meeting with Mr C but we went to a dinner & dance event at four seasons hotel with Mr V instead. Guess what was the theme for that day???It was " Movie Night " !!! All the guest were so happening that I saw Shrek, Fiona, Austin Power, Sister Act, etc. The boss of the company even paint his face green as he was the Shrek on that day. Lolz!!
I am working now!!
I started work on 1st April at an events management company as events executive. =DWork is quite okay as I am still undergoing training now. There are a total of 7 people including me in this office and they are Mr C, Mr V, Mr S, Mrs P, Ms L and Ms R.Bosses : Mr C & Mr VOperations : Mr SAdmin & Finance : Mrs PDesigner : Ms LEvents Executive : Ms RMr R is another girl whom came in on 1st April also so our designation is the same.Day 1( 01/04/10)We had a meeting from 10 to 12.30. Lunch was at some Dolphin restaurant located at a factory. Walking distance was quite far and I was wearing heels. =( Boss foot the bill. =DDay 2(05/04/10)Training starts today!! Mr V conducted the training for e 2 of us. We learnt product knowledge, seen events photos, skills in qualifying clients, details about dinner & dance and family days. Day 3(06/04/10)We started typing companies from yellow pages in an excel file and rack our brains for names of big companies.Day 4(07/04/10)Mr C conducted the training today and we were asked to watch videos, pictures, etc. All of us went lunch at Toa Payoh chicken rice stall. Boss on the house. =DAfter work I went dating with darling Ky at AMK hub. Movies, durian pancakes, egg tarts. =D
